General Policies
- By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Clients must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian present to consent to services.
- All appointments require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
Spray Tan Services
- Please shower, shave, and exfoliate at least 24 hours before your appointment for best results.
- Avoid lotions, oils, perfumes, and deodorants the day of your appointment, as these can affect color development.
- Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing after your tan to prevent transfer or streaking.
- Results last 5–7 days on average, but may vary depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
- We are not responsible for premature fading caused by swimming, sweating, showering too early, or improper aftercare.
Eyebrow Services
- Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before treatment.
- Mild redness or irritation may occur and typically subsides within a few hours.
- Results may vary depending on hair growth cycles, skin type, and aftercare.
- Client agrees to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
Cosmetic Product Purchases
- All sales are final for skincare and cosmetic products due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Exchanges may be granted only for unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase and must include a receipt.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions; please review product ingredients prior to purchase.
Liability Waiver
- By receiving services, you acknowledge that while all reasonable precautions are taken, results may vary and risks (such as skin irritation or uneven fading) are possible.
- The business and its employees are not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes that occur when aftercare instructions are not followed.
